Your actions speak so loudly, I can not hear what you are saying.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Darn it, so I am always saying something, every time I perform an action? Yep, darn it! Even the ever brilliant Wikipedia points to a study from Princeton University that found people only have one-tenth of a second to make a first impression. According to this study, people are judging your attractiveness, trustworthiness, competence and aggressiveness just that quickly. Right or wrong, whatever mood I was in or whatever nonverbal messages I happened to send in that brief moment might determine the entire relationship – or the complete stop of interaction. Darn it!
Well, …
for many of us, that can seem hopeless, especially in this day and age of Zoom. For most us, our entire lives, we’ve been trained to focus on the negative. When I am interacting with people, I may not always be at my best. But I have learned that when I’m prepared, it definitely goes better.
Presentations that Impact and Convert
None of us are ever 100%, but there has to be a way to create habit to help be better at it, right? What to do, what to do? Darn it! A little help, please!
Even B.F. Skinner, the famous psychologist, points out, to the Washington Post, that the Western Society is pounding the best we have out of us.
Well, I’ve trusted Mark Januszewski to introduce me to some amazing life-changing material and he’s never let me down! Now, he’s willing to help out in this area … and for FREE! He’s offering sessions on “Presentations that Impact and Convert,” starting this week (April 5, 2021). Several who took this Presentations course from Mark quite some time ago, told me it ended up changing the way they present their business, and themselves. As a result, their business experienced all kinds of growth! AND my relationships saw improvement. What a bonus!
Don’t miss out. Share your email in the box to the right here or by clicking here for more information, and I’ll make sure you get a link to the free class, and any other bonuses that come after. What are your actions saying?
